So like let's have a totally awesome art auction gaiz.
This is just a chat/planning thread, mainly for
Setsushi, Kumo and Junyi, though if Porcelain players who want in wander in, you can post, too >_>~. Once we decide whether we want to do alternating posts or use a mule, we can do an actual "first page setup test" thread.

Dates:I don't care when it starts, but would like it to end around the end of May or early June.
Theme:- My idea for me+Kumo was "Lawful Evil/Lawful Good" because IC!Setsushi is LG and IC!Kumo is LE.

'Cause we're doing this together I think we should hammer out some clear policy about whether we will accept
item bids and if/when the bidder must liquidate.
Thread setup:Will we alternate posts or use a mule?
I think using a mule might be good, so that whoever is online and least busy can do first post updating and so forth.
If we do use a mule, we must decide what it will be >_> Or if we wish to, say, use one of our not-yet-muleified characters and recycle him/her afterwards for other tasks.

I'm willing to contribute a small amount of gold to such contests.
I am not willing to do tempshop chibi freebies, but I might be able to do "experimental freebies" (meaning I have no idea how they'll turn out and they might be crappy, which isn't really fair to a hard-working bumper.) I'll see if I can develop a new superfast chibi style before (or midway through) the auction, though.
Setsushi individually:
I will only do tempshop chibis. Higher bids do not yield higher quality chibis, but larger numbers.
A tentative bid ladder:
__: 2 chibis
__: 3 chibis
__: 4 chibis
Not sure of exact prices yet.
All may be individual or grouped, still or animated*.
* Simple animations only, unless I restructure the ladder. "Simple" includes things in which no body parts move (blinking, bouncing hearts, sparkling) and things in which only small parts of the body move (arms waving, etc.)
Pricing for me
My tempshop chibis are minimum bribe 10k 40k. On average I'm offered about 44k. My highest bribe offer has been 150k o_O; I have gotten 100k offers three times, I think.
Thus I would like to make at least 50k per chibi, hopefully more. Minimum is 20k 40k per chibi, since I get offered that fairly often (thus my portion of the SB is at least 80k?)
Then, I'm thinking at the point where my portion of the bid reaches 150k, I'll do three chibis, and 200k, four.
I have a list of dos and do nots in tempshop which will be copied over eventually.
They're not hard-and-fast do nots, but rather I'm warning the buyer/bidder that if they ask for something on the eeek list it probably won't work out.
