Here's the skinny. I don't care what your shop is. Whether it's doing avi art, making ID cards, I've seen shops in these kind of roleplays where people draw customized weapons for your character.
Just please, stick to the ToS |of course| and respect all shop owners/customers. If you ordered something, pay for it. If you don't like the outcome, please don't BAWBAWBAW. They went through the effort to make it for you. Be happy.
That said, I don't care much for your prices. If you want to put 15k for a silly ID Card then fine, you can do that. But don't BAWBAWBAW if you don't get any customers. Be reasonable, please.
