Hello all! This is our first Halloween in the guild, and I hope you've all had fun up til now. This Halloween we will have three activities within the guild. A scary story game, which I will set up after posting this, a dance, organized by our RP director, Rhia, and a Jack-o-Lantern carving contest which will start tomorrow.
Anyway, glad to see you dropped by here even with the events outside this guild, and I wish you all a very spooky Halloween!
Just a note, I have degraded the normal announcements to stickies just for this weekend, and I will return them to their original status after the holiday.

Ello Mask! Sorry to have not come sooner, I'm busy with the Halloween 2k5 event (88 grunnies and counting!)
I want to be in the Jack 'O Lantern contest, but mum might not buy one this year. Bad her...Ah well. I'll try. As for trick or treating, I was planning to, but changed my mind. My neighborhood sucks, Liz isn't going, Rhia isn't going, so I'm just celebrating myself, and eating the candy meant for the trick or treaters who won't come...

Happy Halloween, all! blaugh
I'm going trick-or-treating up in PoCo with the kids I babysit. There's three of them, I've known them all since they were born, and I've been trick-or-treating with them every year since I was... I dunno.... 8? Anyway, I'm planning to go as a gypsy if mom gets home in time to do some last minute shopping.
Yay!
Btw, how is everyone putting their costumes together? I always go to Value Village and hunt down random articles of clothing/jewelry that fit my theme. Anyone else hitting the ol' thrift stores?

I went as an old English gentleman.A bowler hat, white ruffley shirt, black bants, and a cane. I actually had to use the cane, because I slipped on some wet stones. I wanted to bring a breifcase to hold my candy, bu I couldn't find one. surprised

I've got my's Witch costume, I wore it last year and I love my Witch hat and Silver cape *MEH SILVER CAPE* so yeah... sweatdrop I'm a Witch. Again.

Mom says as long as I dress up and keep the Halloween spirit (as opposed to the fifteen year olds who come to the door holding out their cap saying "Gimme candy" xp ), I can keep going out.

Bwa ha ha, zombieness! As Kait, Emmy, Rhia and perhaps Liz know, Gaia's been refusing to give me my zombieness (Well, more like grunnyness, but I like the other name better) for the past week or so...

Yeah, that's what happened on the 29th and 30th. After a while, I just gave up screaming and threatening Gaia, and adjusted to the fact I wasn't going to become a zombie grunny. I haven't been able to save my avatar since then, either.
However, this afternoon I tried to save my avatar, and miraculously, it worked! Zombieness is mine! -evil laughter-

I'm listening to random songs on my MiniDisk, Happy Cosomosu among them. And Dragostea Din Tei, Love and Joy, My Sweet Darling, Candy Pop in Love, Holding out for a Hero...(I think you get the picture. A handful of J-Pop/Rock songs, some random music, a couple favorite songs from various albums I own, etc)
By the way Rhia, I fixed the tail on the chibi I drew earlier. Now all I need to do is ink it and the group chibi, and we're all set. I'll draw couple more examples, then maybe I can start up my shop -eyes glaze over as she daydreams of owning an art shop-
