I've been working on this for like, months. X_x Ok, I stopped for a while because I couldn't draw the background... and today I found a picture and messed with the quality to make it look animated/not real. So I'll try to do a real background eventually, but this one is growing on me. =3

I did the whole thing in Photoshop Elements (it's what came with my Wacom tablet). I looked up on Google what to do for transparency, cuz I knew there was SOME way to do it...

I made her a separate layer from the other layers. On the header of the box with all the layers, there's a tool/box called Opacity. You can change the percentage of how opaque or translucent that layer is. Very useful! =3
