Notes: Please keep in mind that NONE of this is to be taken seriously. I'm using stereotypical plots and themes that seem plausible in the corny world that is Pokemon. If you can't take it with a grain of salt, just don't take it, at all. Go hide under your fanfics now, plz. D:

Manngoh Region
The general theme is a tropical island region where the towns are named after fruits or plants.

The Local Antagonists
Team Fastfry, based off junk food. A team under the guise of a fast food chain is powered by their money making franchise. Their CEO is not actually their ring leader, he is a partnet in crime whereas his half-brother is the mastermind. They plot to buy the land where orchards and fruits are cultivated and turn it into restaurants and cheap hotels for tourists.

Not surprising to anyone, their costumes look like fast food worker's uniforms and they all wear nametags. (I haven't decided on colors or designs yet, but referee-style stripes seem likely.)

They like to show their rank by pieces of flair (yes, that same "flair" from Office Space), only in this world they have the audacity to call them "cheer". How much "cheer" you have is based on your rank. "Cheer" usually consists of cheap plastic relief pins of hamburgers, french fries, pickle slices, onion rings,.... you get the idea. The highest rank is the coveted Gold Hot Fudge Sundae. The lowest rank and the "cheer" you'll most likely come across on a grunt is the Single Scoop Ice Cream Cone, often nicknamed the "sick".

The only fruit Fastfry approves of is the banana for its use in the banana split and for fried bananas. Because of this, the favorite Pokemon to use among the higher ranks is Chimchar. Other ape/monkey like Pokemon are also prized (and often stolen). They will also steal & mistreat Tropius.

The "Rival"
N/A

Regional Professor
Prof. Samah, an elderly woman.

Non-Gym Towns
Port Daire - A starting town, where natives & newcomers live. However, it is not a tiny town. It is comprised of a series of private homes, an airport, a cruise ship company and three good-sized hotels. It is the main hub connecting the Manngoh Region to all other regions.

Towns with Gyms
Orchard Town - Tangerine / Citron Badge
Vineyard Junction - Uva / Bunch Badge
Mansania - Priel / Apple Badge
Pomona City - Efrem / Bloom Badge
Dulcina - Minal / Seed Badge
Sugar Hills - Falan / Zest Badge
Manju Lagoon - Dmitriy / Cocktail Badge
Agave Pass - Eustace / Spiny Badge

Victory Road / Elite Four
Seriously, people actually named their kids after fruit so often that it was inevitable that four of them were the ones you'd end up battling for League Champion.

Pear, female
Kiwi, male
Starfruit, female
Passionfruit, male (wtf?)

Believe it or not, the final battle is BASED ON YOUR VERSION!
- If you've got "Smoothie Version" then you fight Coconut.
- If you've got "Juicy Version" then you fight Lime.

Legendaries
(thinking about it...)

The Finer Details
Things specific to each town will be placed here. Just keep reading, you'll see what I mean.

Pokemon Daycares
There are two Pokemon Daycares in the Manngoh Region, one for the practical and thrifty Trainer and one for the tourists/resident upper class.

Mansania Daycare:: What one comes to expect from a Pokemon Daycare, it's run by a patient couple with a local tag-team of a Tauros to guard the place at night and a Miltank to watch over the smaller ones and make sure no one tramples any eggs!

Manju Lagoon Mini-Resort:: It's actually very much like a miniaturized resort for Pokemon. It's got its own spa, swimming pools... the whole nine yards but specifically for spoiling a Trainer's Pokemon. It's rather more expensive than a typical Daycare.

Berry Growing Patches
The highest density of open-to-the-public berry patches are located in Orchard Town, there are open patches near almost every public building with the most encircling the Pokemon Center.

Other patches are scattered but will always be near where wild, native plants are growing.

Your Region's "Bicycle"
You don't need a license to drive one of the following... A dune buggy or a moped.

For access to a retired dune buggy, you must earn one working at the miniature golf / kiddy park in Port Daire.

To get a moped... be nice to your professor! She's loaded, you know? Be extra sweet and she might even let you pick the color & style.
