Well it's period is like, a few dozen thousand years, so that rules out a lot.

I'm only finding stuff on leap seconds relating to Earth's rotation slowing down from tidal effects and stuff. Wiki doesn't mention leap anything on the precession page.

Haha yeah, I looked that up too and saw nothing. Ah well...
But then you could say that the precession changes relative positions/movements of the stars so the Greeks would be confused about your time.
And how do you know what your day age is?
