Official Notice as of April 7, 2009:
Hey everyone, Livverz here.
Allen and I have been doing some talking, and we've both noticed that things in the guild have been slowing down lately.
We have come to the regrettable conclusion that at the end of this week, we will be taking leave of the guild for an undetermined amount of time.
Things have been very busy physically, mentally and emotionally for the both of us lately. With college stresses and many other things going on in our lives right now, we have decided that we must put a temporary cease on guild activities.
Allen and I are very sorry to have to shut down the guild, but we simply don't have the time at the moment to take care of all of you.
We want you to realize that this is only a TEMPORARY shut down. This is not for good. However, we don't know just how long we'll be away.
We'll still be getting online, but don't expect us to come to the guild. We may pop in every now and then, but there won't be any events planned.
Please feel free to remain here if you like. We can't actually close the guild, so if you still want to hang out here, then you can.
Just remember, Allen and I won't be around very much. We want you all to know that we still love each and every one of you will all our heart. We're not abandoning you, and the guild isn't dying. It's just taking a...very long nap. Like a bear. It's hibernating.
If anyone needs to talk to either of us, feel free to send a PM or a comment. We'll be happy to help you out at any time with your problems, just like always.
We're both sure that you'll all understand and forgive us. We hate to have to do something like this, after making promises that we'd always be around. We're sorry that it was a promise we couldn't keep, but things come up that we can't control.
Thank you all for being here with us for such a long time, and we hope to be back as soon as we can.

Liv made it sound so depressing. I want to say a few things though.
One, The guild is only being shut down in the Event areas. Everything is going to remain as it is, and all available to the public. =3
Two, We all love you guys very much, so don't think we're abandoning you~ Summer is coming up! Which means no college~ The guild will be Revived!
Three, Uh.... Orange tic-tacs are amazing;; owo'
Really, Don't feel like this guild is dying. As soon as summer hits, or Finals are over, I'll have more time to be on~ So! Comrades! I give you a mission!
