I don't remember what the library is like, so I will leave this post for Koi to edit as he pleases.
From me:
Imagine a grand library with shelf upon old oaken shelf of books of any and every possible type of genre and interest and little computer desks and such in the corners of the library to study or peruse... other posible interests. Note that, because of the recent change in ownership, books about Japanese culture, both ancient and modern, are begining to populate the shelves.

Chiku swung into the library and, once again, immediately began coughing. It wasn't as bad as last time, though, and this time, she recognised the distinct smell in the library. Looking around, behind bookshelves and under tables, she found a small incense burner. She knew it had to have been burning last night; the smell, that of an extremely odd and scarcely known hallucigen one of her cousins had been quite fond of, was the smell of something that, throughout her youth, had attacked her lungs, causing her to cough uncontrollably and pass out, and others to remember things that hadn't happened.
"Tsk, drugs." she sighed. "I guess I should tell someone about this. She turned to leave the library again.
