Two of the clones of Shinji would Shunpo behind the girl, aiming to cut at her corresponding arms, specifically the tendons. Two of the others used shunpo to move in front of her, aiming to cut the tendons in her legs. The real Shinji would remain still as he quietly spoke. "Wall of iron sand, pagoda of priestly form, shimmering fireflies of iron, fill until the silent end."

NPC - Noriko
She was slowed by his power and, while she saw his attack, she had trouble moving. The Raitsu had built up and as they approached she discharged it, the wind swirling and almost cutting. This attack might do some damage to him, more importantly she hoped that it would stop his attack. It seemed to do some work, as the wounds the appeared on her arms were not severely deep, however they were worse than the ones on her legs, and while she bled, she didn't seem to notice the wounds just yet, mostly from the shock that he hit her. Leaping back she sudenly felt the wound and cringed. "You b*****d!" Clearly this woman had a terrible temper.

The four clones around her would jump away after Shinji finished the incantation. Six thin but wide beams of Riatsu would slam into the girl's abdominal area, waist, and lower back. If successful, they'd hold the girl in place, basically paralyzing her limbs. "I said you better than I expected; however, I didn't expect much from you..."

NPC - Noriko
She seemed genuinly shocked when his attack paralyzed her. She struggled a little however it was no use. "Keh..." She started to laugh. "Do you know Shiori-sama chose people like me? Because we all have one thing in comom, we no longer fear death." She grinned and looked at the circular shikai that now laid on the ground. "If I'm going to die I'll take you with me." She closed her eyes, her Raitsu seeming to leak form her body like a mist. "Encased in a mist of death, bring all to the grave!" Her Raitsu seemed to change color as the toxic power surrounded her and made a quick strike for him. It would kill anyone in the area who did not get out of reach or push it away, including Noriko, it was her last and most devastating attack. Had she not been a villian she might have prooved useful... However, at least now, if he got away, he would be able to rest.
