I was wondering who could give me the best electric team they have heard of. I already have an electivire and am going to get a zapdos.

you want to cover your bases with a well balanced team.
Electivire is decent all around
Zapdos you also get your flying type
Lanturn for a part water (this is also good for teaching an ice move to)
Rotom part ghost (after the event is released consider going with mow rotom or oven rotom)
Magnezone for part steel
your last can be any combination of things. its good to not always be nailed down to one complete full team. I would recomend Luxray for its insane speed and sp attack. Raikou is a good option. Raichu is a good option.
if it was me i would alternate between luxray and ampharos.

electrobe for mega speed (base 130) and it can know explosion which is very helpfuly also it can know rain dance which can make all your thunders 100% hit. Why don't you just go to smogon it is a good website tells you tons of tactics and they have awsome movesets for each pokemon.

Electivire ice punch fire punch thunder punch cross chop
Zapdos Thunder Drill peck Thunderbolt sky attack
luxray ice fang fire fang thunderbolt crunch
minun helping hand thunder fake tears thunderbolt
Plusle helping hand thunder fake tears thunderbolt
Magnezone Magnet bomb Thunderbolt Screech Thunder or Take Down

Electrivire & Magnezone Dbl Battle: Magnet Rise -> EQ -> Discharge -> MotorDrive!! =Ouch!
Also Jolteon (for Baton Pass), Zapdos (with Roost/Hidden Power), Lanturn, and Electrode (fastest MagnetRise)

im not too sure about an electric team because you can make a lot of good combinations,BUT if you were to have a pikachu then id recomend you have it know volt tackle.
