Ok basically this thread is for really good books that you have read in the last 2 years or so.
I would aprieciate it if you put the author with the title of the book and a little bit of why you liked it.
PEACE OUT xd
P.S. Oh and I'm doing this because I'm on break and about to move so I need some new reading material.

There are so many....
Any book by Juliet Marillier. She is a historical fantasy writer who almost always casts a woman as the main character. There is everything in those books. Historical fantasy, action, romance, political wars, and all of the characters are great.
Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Very humorous with wonderful imagination concerning every aspect of the apocalypse and how it could go wrong.
I admit I enjoyed all but the first Twilight book by Meyer. The first is slightly redundant with the emo love-hate thing going on...but when Bella starts suffering in the second book it gets much better.
Inkheart by Funke (I think is the author) is pretty good. Much better than the crap movie. Book nerd's book definitely.
Twelfth Night by Shakespeare if plays count. Very funny with a very likable leading lady.
American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I love Shadow in every way. The gods are great to read about. I love personifications of fantastic things though. One of Gaiman's best works by far!
