There was a hilarious thread on the wow priest forums where people talked about some of the worst things anyone ever said to them in game. So post your worst, any class/spec of the dumbest thing anyone's ever told you or asked you for.
I once had a druid demand to know why my "overheal" was so high. I told him but, I'm shadow, thats just vampiric embrace. So he responds over vent and says, "well quit popping out of shadow to heal then you're wasting your mana."
I've also been asked to summon people, make portals or give food & water.

My death knight when I had her as the DW Frost/Unholy spec. "OMG, why are you passing on that plate? It has spellpower, that's great for DKs."

I actually got it a lot when I was pugging.
I still get the "zomg can you healz our instance?" "Dude, it says 'Shadow' with my dps stats next to it." "Can you still heal?" /ignore

 I was helping my friend run Nexus the other day and we had three tank specs with us. Now, all three of them didn't go in wanting to tank, so I let them come along.
While in the Hall of Stasis, my friend gets sent flying back, aggroing a few others, causing us to wipe. The healer got pissed saying it was bad tanking and blahblahblah and I told him to calm down because things like that happen.
So, the healer was like, "We need just one tank," and I said no one was trying to off tank, and he goes, "Not you, mage."
I WAS 76; DON'T YOU THINK I KNOW THAT I CAN'T TANK SOMETHING LIKE THAT?

I have to say one of the worst things ever said was in Naxxramas last night. We wiped on KT because the add tank stood in a fissure. It was like, 2AM so whatever, it happens, you know? We go do it again. But one of the healers was going on and on about how he didnt get enough heals and how he needs to have a dedicated healer on the add tank. And the add tank was agreeing with him!
Sigh... We're healers. We heal people. We can't heal stupid.

The greatest thing you'll ever learnSomeone asked for 16 slot bags. when I linked him my Tailoring Skill (with my Priest) he was like "wtf, u r not a mage!" ... Seems like some people think mage do better work than priests or warlocks XD
is just to love and be loved in return...

A feral druid in my guild just claimed that I am "lame" for being shadow and not healing his shitty nexus group.
So apparently I'm a d**k for not using my heal button, but its ok for him to not use his. I really hope this guy gets booted soon.

Oh! I just remembered another one!
One time, my ex and I were running around and we had stopped in Gadgetzan. Some guy who was, like, ten levels higher than us was challenging us to duels, so of course, we declined.
The guy looked at my talents and saw that I had spec'd as arcane and was like, "R U A TWINK."
Keep in mind, I was 40-something at that point.

I was speced resto on my shaman in que for the daily heroic. I had "resto" in my comment. I get a whisper, "healer?" I replied that I was a healer. The next whisper I got, "it says your resto spec we dun need dps srry."

I was in a guild for a day that was doing UK, and they all believed that I should tank for them (2 prot wars, a holy pally and a feral druid) because I was 2 levels higher than them...I was a Priest... 3 of them were built for getting smacked around. -_-'' Never was I so quick to gquit my squishy butt out of there. xd

Back when I first started playing we had this exceptionally whiny moron in our guild. I think he was a warlock and like level 15.
Whiner: Hey guys I wanna do something with you. Let's like go PvP or something! I want to do something!
guildie: well, we were thinking of going to Molten Core, youc ould bait for us.
whiner: Yah sure! *long pause* what's bait?

"OMG why do you want acheivements? Acheivements are too much work" said by the raid leader of a guild I used to raid with. "Used to" because after talking to my friends, who are in the top raid guilds on my server, mock the raid leader for not wanting acheivements.
I was given priesty gloves one day. Loot council aparently decided they were good for me. I GM ticketed them away....
idiot: hey, want to tank black temple? (I was in naxx at the time)
me: no, I'm in naxx......
idiot: stupid, black temple gear is better than naxx gear!
me: don't you have another mage?
idiot: yes but he isn't prot

Raid leader in ssc: we can kill lurker without killing the fishies.....
the verdict: lurker with fishies is FUN. and impossible.
idiot warlock: I'm pvping because for a raiding lock stamina is greater than everything
Some noob said "okay guys let's kill him!" as the raid leader said "okay guys, we have to be hidden behind the walls as the tank pulls..."

that was a fun fight. the raid leader kept moving me around to different spots trying to put me where the elementals were spawning
BWL, at 80: why did I die?
this is after we told them, MANY times, that if they are not BEHIND the throne, they will die when neffy lands. boyfriend, me, and the only two living healers who were actually behind the throne four manned him. boyfriend and me had our cloaks biggrin

Every time I get challenged to duel by a level 80, when I'm like 10-20, and then calls me a p***y or something because I don't want to fight him, I die a little inside.
