Characters being RPed with NPCman thus far:

Henry J. Thomas --The Justice Commander

A retired hero, who was extremely popular and loved in society. He is a strong supporter of the power suppression bracelets. He wears one himself, although it is a fake, which is unknown to the authorities.

He's in his early fifties, but has kept up a classicaly attractive appearance. Brown hair with silver lining, and blue eyes. He has a charming smile, and a deep laugh. He was three times voted the all american hero.

Powers:

Super strength, flight, and X-ray vision.

Note: he is practically invincible, impermiable to all attacks. Except water, he cannot swim, and can drown. That is unknown to all characters. But it is the only way that he can be killed.

If this character dies, he is not raised again....unless for fun plot purposes, which are unlikely.

Strike

Strike 'worked' with Lucidity before he had his powers. He told Garret where to rob, and when. He had powers long before Garret got his. If not for Strike, Lucidity never would have been born. He gave Garret Incorrect information regarding a job, and Garret was caught. He broke free, and ran to Strike. Strike Told him to get out of town, but Garret Refused. That Night, some Crooked Cops burned the apartment building Garret was in. He 'erupted' and gained his powers, which allowed him to Live. He hasnt seen Strike since.

Powers: Telekenisis, Strength, Teleportation


Note: Strike has always been like an older brother to Garret. He watched him after he got his powers. He knows everything Lucidity has done since he gained his powers.

(I made 468 a little stronger than the regular Supers just cause it was designed to kill them and stuff And I wanted 468 to be more of a challenge.)

(10 Saves)~1. Ion Cannon, fires off and Ionized beam of energy thats highly destructive. he creates and focuses the Ion energy in his hands.
(5 Saves)~2. Super speed, Can move at mach 3
(3 Saves)~3. Tazer, fire off bursts of focused electricity (yes its leathal)
(3 Saves)~4. Power Nuller, burts of power nulling energy that temporarily takes away powers of all supers for one post.
Special~ Self Destruct. This uses all saves 468 has left. it pretty much explodes.
Vision, 468 sees in infrared.
Mind, since 468 is a droid 468 is not affected by powers that affect the mind.

Weakness~ If you can hide your body heat 468 can't see you thus giving you a big advantage.

Weapons~ IonSword, This weapon is like a lightsaber except it made of Ion energy stuff thing crap... yeah.
RPGs, In each shoulder 468 has two Rocket Propelled Granades for a total of four.
M-16 assault rifle, 468 is equiped with a standard M-16 rifle.

Bio~ SEU 468 was made for the specific purpose of hunting down and killing Supers. 468 is highly advancd and can accually learn on its own though 468 is built with a fail safe device to keep it from turning on his masters.

468 Is credited with the death of Kothar.

468 is mad of a new metal known as Biosteal. This metal has the ability to heal itself as a human does. The metal is the strongest most durable substance known to man.
