Start her with 6 loyalty (blue white shouldn't get 7 for 5 generally speaking)
make the first ability a +2
make the last ability a -10 (really good ability, plus making it even means that if you do it as soon as possible you lose her with a +2 main ability and an even starting loyalty)

First ability should definitely be -2 loyalty. And should target all creatures.
Second ability should be +1 Loyalty. First part should get all creatures a -1/-1 counter.
3rd is solid.

holy jesus.toay is my first day as part of the guild.lol whats funny is ive always kinda thought planeswalkers were overpowered to begin with.im ore old fashioned in my aproach.but its cool to see that theres a way to create your own.lol.i dig the dragon one alot.not to overpowered like a nicol its just a reasonably powered boost.
