I'm really disappointed in myself.

I haven't lost weight for two months. It's drifted between 147 [which made me happy but gave me false hope] to 150, which is borderline over-weight for me.

I've adjusted my diet. I'm doing strength training, too. And I know it's not muscle, because my "larger" jeans feel tight.

I need help and motivation. ):

Edit; I drink plenty of water, don't eat past seven thirty, have five or six small meals as opposed to three large ones, eat lots of produce and whole wheat, and have cut Special K and some yogurts from my diet due to high fructose corn syrup. I abhor condiments, butter, additives, et cetera.

First of all, don't lose hope! That's the worst because if you give up, once you get back up on the metaphorical horse it's harder. You can do it!

Now, ask yourself a few questions.

Are you eating too many or too calories? Even eating healthfully and cutting out bad things can lead to weight gain/plateau if you're eating too many or too few calories.

Are you mixing up your workouts and getting cardiovascular exercise?
Cardio is essential for fat loss! Healthy eating and strength training alone won't trim you down, even though it really helps and you shouldn't stop doing it!

Are you getting your 10,000 steps?
Invest in a cheap pedometer and be sure you get all 10K steps in!

I really hope that you can figure it out, if you need to talk or anything just PM/drop by my journal here. I hope this helps, and don't give up! :[

I've held very steady between 203 and 206ish wavering a lot in the last three weeks, and even then for the last two months or so I've been struggling.

My problem was rice and not enough exercise. ._.

my weight has stayed the same since the 2nd of January and only now is begining to move. I've dropped my calories by 100 and increased my exercise and now it looks like its going to move. Are you logging your energy intake in some way? Even if you dont like counting calories, it might pay to for at least a week just to see what you're taking in, could be more than you think.
