Highway 55 was known strange "accidents". No knew what happened to the people who went missing on the road. Some people called it the Bermuda Triangle's cousin. I called it hoax. Well, I DID anyway.
I was out driving one evening in my green, 05 Ford Mustang GT. The radio was playing Black Sabbath's Crazy Train. It felt strange though. The entire road was empty for miles. The only company I had was the occasional scenery animal such deer or birds.
The sun was beginning to set, so I decided to head on home. As I was driving, I had a strange feeling. I felt like I going somewhere familiar. But I couldn't tell where. Came to a cross road. Both signs said that they led to same destination, Saltic city the place where I live. The only difference is the distance. One sign said, "Saltic City, 64 miles". The other sign said "Saltic City, 38 miles". I naturally chose the shorter path.
I kept on driving when I passed under a sign. I didn't get a very good look at it. All that I saw was the number 55. My gut began to turn. All of a sudden my radio went fuzzy for a few minutes. It eventually came back. "Next up here on TRYP 105.5, we're gonna play a little bit of Wolfmother. Right here, on the trippiest station there is. TRYP 105.5!" The DJ left in silence. The radio came on with rock band, Wolfmother and their song Dimension.
I gave a sigh and slowly blinked my eyes. Something caught my eye as I looked into the rear view mirror. Something was coming up behind me. Something red. As came closer I got a better look at its face. Its face was red all over with demonic yellow eyes. The thing seemed to be flying!
Sped up trying to lose the flying demon in the dust but it was no good. It flew faster than I could drive.
Fear overcame my mind. "GO AWAY!!!" I screamed as I drove into the monster smashing it into the road wall. The winged creature was stunned. I took my chance and smashed it again. The creature seemed to be unconscious. Just to make sure I got out my car and took out the baseball bat in my trunk. I slowly walked over to it.
The Red monster got up and looked at me over its large red nose. I ran to strike it with the aluminum bat. But it caught the bat and tossed it out of my hands. The creature smiled and spoke. "You’re the first to ever charge me. I'll let you live since you’re not like the other humans."
The beast then vanished. I turned back to my car, only to be shocked at the sight. It painted a different color. It was the same red as the winged monster only with white racing stripes. The dents on the car were gone also. I got inside the car. It was still my Mustang but it smelled like it was new. On the dashboard there was a small bobble head. The bobble head looked just like the creature. It had a note under it though.
The note read "Come here anytime when you want to race. I'll be waiting."

There are a few missing words and punctuation errors, but otherwise you're good.
