Logan was deffinately drunk when he was dancing with Jackie, I may not like him with Veronica the best but I don't think he is that much of a retard.
That whole scene was weird. I didn't even realize it was Logan she was dancing with at first. It looked like Logan wasn't sure what to do with her and he had his hands up like he was trying to get away. Drunk Logan + High on some pills Jackie = scary dancing. Maybe he was just disturbed by the hair. Advice: don't do your hair when your on drugs, it turns out scary.

I thought so too so I was kind of surprised when they said it was an explosion.

Jackie you still suck and I still hate you.
Let's try to Fed Ex her back to New York. I'm really dreading when she comes back. I can't figure out what exactly it is that bugs me so much about her. I actually like a lot of bitchy characters (I think Lilly Kane is a good example of a b***h done right) but I can not get into Jackie.
I think it's partly the actress with her breathy and overacting delivery and then theres the whole messing with Wallace (No one is good enough for my Wallace.)
I think she just really crossed the line in this ep. Putting someone down when they are trying to help you is just low. Veronica was being nice and trying to bond and everything and Jackie used that as a way to hurt her. And then when Wallace was upset she she didn't even notice and wanted him to focus on her then tried to call Veronica on being full of herself. At least her dad is pretty.
