This post has brought back the pain that comes with a lot: I haven't beaten TP 100%. Y'know, because of the fish, bugs, and other stuff.

It might be between Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker. That would explain the train and Princess Zelda's appearance as herself. It wouldn't really explain the Phantoms though...unless they're going to be called something else.
It's nice to see another Zelda game coming out after so long. It's been about a year since Phantom Hourglass.

Compared to the gap that most acclaimed game series have between games one year isn't that big. Just look at the gaps between games in series like pokemon (real sequels not director's cuts/battle on your TV games), street fighter, warcraft, etc.

Hey, guys! I found out a possible release date. I went to gamestop today and looked in their release date book. Spirit Tracks is supposedly coming out December 1st, and it will be $35, not including tax. Good news, right?

I was hoping for a new Wii installment when I read this thread's title, but whatever. I'm not what you'd call a hardcore Zelda fan.
