Not to get all personal and stuff, i was just curious
As for me i plan to get into shueisha( basically shonen jump or either make a deal with Viz) and get my manga into the big leagues as the many animes you all know.
For those who are wondering Shueisha is the place that developes jump comics.
You can share if you want to or not.
