I keep takeing naps around 5 or 6pm and wake up when the news are on. Then I go back to bed at 1 or 2am. Is this normal? Dose this ever happen to you? confused I try drinking sleepy time tea, but IT wont help. I try smaking myself to stay awake instead of takeing a nap, but its useless. Also it feels terible to get out of bed because its so comfy and warm.

sounds pretty normal to me ... try getting more Iron if your worried it helps your body process energy better. 3nodding ..... stare .... whee !!

I take naps when I'm studying for a test. Dunno why. I just fall asleep on top of my books.

I sleep late on my days off from work and the only times I nap is when I have to do a night duty on that day... I want to get as much energy as I can to make it through the night!
