What are STAB'S? I'd really appreciate if someone just explained all the poke talk to me. sweatdrop

STAB = Same Type Attack Bonus. For example a Blastoise using Hydro Cannon would do an extra 50% damage because Blastoise is a water type pokemon and Hydro Cannon is a water type move.
