Ok, you guys, I need some advice.

I have a problem with food. I eat way too much. I know its not good for me to eat to much, I'll tell myself not to eat so much, yet I still eat it. gonk

So, I need ways to keep myself from eating so much. Any ideas?

I have that problem too, I find that me eating a lot has a lot to do with what I'm doing/my environment.

I'll eat more of something simple like plain white rice (which is a comfort food of mine) if my kitchen is dirty, don't ask why but it's true. I think it has something to do with not wanting to dirty it further by cooking.

My strategies have been to keep my hands busy, can't eat if you're drawing/making a collage/doing homework (Doing not reading. >.>). I don't sit around too long, because if I do I'll eventually get bored and eat something.

I have good days and I have bad days. Usually my good days are school days and my bad days are weekends but I've been very good lately. So I don't know what's up.

Pretty much nothing works save active distraction. I can't make promises to myself on not eating too much anymore because I know I won't keep them if that's all I do.

Over eating is the worst thing ever, because you can be very overweight like I am/was to a greater degree, and have people tell you to simply cut the soda and french fries out of your diet and you'll lose weight.

It's not so simple when you don't eat fast food or soda. ._.
