I dont think i'd ditch the series but i would write a strongly worded letter to Nintendo saying WTF WERE U THINKING!?!?!?!?!
but zelda does have a split timeline so if they come out with a futuristic/modern form of zelda doesn't mean they'll ditch the old timey style
