Hey Kel! I told you I'd be here and guess what? I'm here. Chatting up the library, oh yeah. And there's nobody around to tell me to 'Shhhh!'

Let's see... What shall I vote for? Tough choice, but on looks I'll vote for the Wizard's First Rule. I love [with a 'b'] Terry Goodkind, he's so brilliant. Actually, Terry Pratchett is awesome too. Maybe all Terrys have an excellent writer's flair.

And all Georgies and Kels too.

Uh! The rich neighbours near my uncle's house in England are playing Chris Brown albums on repeat. It's burning my ears with soppy lovesongs and heavy beat.

I have a puppy now, Kel! His name is Bluey. He's a cattle dog. And he's all miiiiine. Pwahahaha. He's all wet now, and smells like fish. He went fishing in the stream in our backyard. He caught one, but we let it loose. Poor thing.

Ugh. I've missed doing this. Typing is enjoyable. And a helpful procrastination aid. Aha. I'm not doing Shakespeare because of you, computer [I've named it Julian.] And for this, I knight thee Lord Typealot, Knight in the Noble Cause of Awesomeness.

Oh, and hi Freddy.

This much [this much] love from the far-travelled pirate, georgie.

georgie! It's absolutly wonderful to see you posting in the library again!

I'm looking for someone to help me write a story...interested georgie??

I don't listen to rap as much anymore. I've found the glorious and inspirational sound of metal and rock. =]

I've only had goldfishes...and those we left in my cousin's backyard pond.

It's looks like your going to win Freddy!! I still haven't read the series yet but I will soon!

Title: Chinese Cinderella: The True Story of an Unwanted Daughter
Author: Adeline Yen Mah
Genre: .... I dunno. Sad maybe. sweatdrop

Summary: "Chinese Cinderella", is the true story of an unwanted daughter. Written by Adeline Yen Mah, it tells of the first part of her difficult childhood and struggle for love, friendship, and acceptance. From a young age, Adeline is highly intelligent, academic, and mature beyond her years. Which, though it may not be shown in her actions, is evidenced in her reactions. Adeline has incredible potential but is unable to recognize it or believe she is special. This is because Adeline is controlled by her own self-loathing. This self-hatred has been slowly applied by the constant abuse from her stereotypically evil stepmother “Niang” (the Chinese term for mother). She is told from a young age that her birth killed her mother and is treated differently by almost all members of the Yen family. Adeline is very successful in school, and a bit of a school celebrity due to her writing skills. She seeks escape from her life, and finds it when writing. Also, she wants love from her father who doesn't pay any attention to her. Adeline is a strong, determined, and very stubborn character but is desperate for acceptance and love from her father. She lives in a very isolated and lonely environment, and has virtually no one to talk to. At school she is unable to truly connect with her peers because she has so much to hide from them. This neglectful upbringing has moulded Adeline into the adult she is today, and has caused her to constantly struggle to love and accept herself. Adeline was a strong child, and she probably hopes that we as children should also be strong; just like her. crying So sad.

*I have read it and I give it aUser Imageaward. Dunno whether anyone of you here have read it already. rolleyes
