Which would you pick? Raccoon City or Silent Hill? And no, you can't just go back or go through the middle.
Raccoon City (from the Resident Evil games/movies) is infested with those slow stupid yet deadly zombies. Thousands of them. One bite and you're screwed. You're bound to find more weapons to defend yourself in Raccoon City, but it doesn't change the fact that you can be overwhelmed very quickly and killed. You won't see any other survivors (such as Claire, Leon, or Jill) you'll be completely alone, and no cure whatsoever. There is no warning when something might pop out of nowhere and have a good bite at you, oh and no the city isn't blocked off.
Silent Hill (obviously from Silent Hill games/movie) While to everyone else it's a normal town, to you it'll be a hellish nightmare, filled with all sorts of demonic creatures. Of course, it turning dark is a good warning that s**t is about to go down. The town also seems to have a way of turning against you in particular, concocting ways to get at your own darkest fears. You'll be completely alone and be lucky to find any weapon. Oh and Pyramid Head is there, ready to rip you in half and/or rape you and/or both.
In other words, shock horror or psychological torment?
