Shokay, now I'm looking for a good free host. My friend suggested Sitesled, but I haven't checked for spyware yet. (Am doing now) Will make a list.

LIST:
Sitesled - Make sure all teh info ish correct. Otherwise you will be rejected.
Xepher - Only usable if art/writing/etc.

Depending on the contentof your site, you can try Xepher. I'm not sure what kinds they accept, but it should say so in their rules.

Xepher is great. No space limit, php, cgi, mySQL support.
But the thing is, he looks at each submission personally. You either have to have a sample of your work (site, art, comic, etc) already up, or you have to answer 10 wacky questions that reflect on your personality and such.
