After Wrestling Glory, the biggest ppv in NGW there will be hosted a draft on the new up and comming NGW show Colision. So far we have 25 wrestlers there will be more to come as far as I can see. But there will be no changes for the girls. The titles will be switched to different brans. So a change is comming in NGW!

My thought is that this is a bad idea. My guild, WWE:E is struggling slightly due to a top-heavy roster, which can be solved.
But, simply, NGW lacks any depth to the roster. For two brands, overall, 25 people aren't much. You need to get at least 40, maybe 50, to ensure a good card each week.

You have to remember that some people leave and some go inactive, so take that in to account.

Too soon for that. You should wait until there's more characters than that around here, or it'll kill the place. I know what I'm talking about, that's how I put DCW on hiatus back then.

You problay didn't hear me correct. I said after Wrestling glory. Wrestling glory is like 4 cycles away. And thats a long time. Plus I didn't say the exact date it was happening. It could be done 10 cycles from now. That gives alot of people time to join and start their matches.

Okay, bad idea. If I'm comming into the guild (not likely with three world titles) and I want to start a fued, I would wait until after the draft so I can ensure that myself and the guy I'm fueding with are on the same show. Having a draft sometime between 4-10 cycles away is not only disorginized, but hinders people like myself, Nuke and Marts who can actually plan out promos/vinettes/matches in advance.

I just want to interject that you shouldn't plan so far ahead. I tried a set date with the NBWA, and that got me nowhere. To restart it, I tried something different, which I think is a good idea for you to try, while its all well and good to have an event that signals it, I say you set a number of provably active members you want before you start the draft. With two brands, I would say anywhere between 20 and 40.
