Got a pet that needs to be certed? Lost the full-sized image of your pet and would like to replace it, or never got it and would like to have it? Did Hitsu make a mistake on your cert, like selecting the wrong gender or making a typo? Want to transfer ownership of your pet, or have you changed to a different account or username? This is where you post!

Posts will be edited to include your new cert(s). Hitsuzen will be addressing everyone as quickly as possible, so please be patient!

As of the shop's re-opening, all new pets will be put onto the new cert, so you don't need to worry about being specific there.
