"I'm just requesting a bit of caution, nothing else." "There's always caution. Being a moron in a firefight gets you killed. The key to being a good gunslinger isn't a bigger or a better gun. It's being smart with what you have, altough stacking the deck with superior tech is never a bad thing.

Eric strafed the Kore pack again, smiling at the wave of explosions as he went.
The beeping of his comm brought Eric's attention to the cockpit from the violence outside.
"This is Eric."

Das Steube Eric strafed the Kore pack again, smiling at the wave of explosions as he went. The beeping of his comm brought Eric's attention to the cockpit from the violence outside. "This is Eric." "Eric, good." Ora said, taking a seat as the comms connected. "This is Ora Soltari. I'll be brief, but I am in need of a ship that is versatile, and high speed, as well as capable of long term travel without constant stops. Your name came up. So how about it? Interested in picking up a few passengers who are playing hide and seek with Haldis?"

Eric turned to Jarred and Pen.
"Hey, mind if I drop you two off with the Fleet? Or you and Jarred can take my other ship? I gotta do a pick up."

Arch the Angel Jarred looked up, the guns switching to an auto-fire. "Sure, fleet works." Eric nodded, and broke away from the firefight, blazing towards the nearest fleet ship, requesting the generic things you needed to land, and dropped off Pen and Jarred. "See you in a few."

Eulalia Danae As they landed, Pen glanced at Eric then to Jarred. "You go, I'd like to stay." She glanced back at Eric, "I'd like to help, if I could." Eric shook his head. "You already died once. You guys stay with the fleet. It's safer with them. There isn't anything you two can do on the Star's Light that you can't do better somewhere else."

"Be careful out there." Pen said, giving Eric a firm look. She backed down easily enough, moving with Jarred onto the deck of one of Earth's war ships.
