Did this a while ago. I think she liked it. Hehe, I was drawing it while she was asleep. She wouldn't keep still otherwise. xd

The funny ridge that is just below the nostrils and right above the mouth (which for the life of me I can't think of the name) seems a little wide. One nostril seems a lot narrower, and the left (our right) eyebrow seems either in the wrong place or half missing, perhaps due to the harsh lighting right there. (I can't say any of this for certain since I don't know the person you drew, but that's what it seems like, anyway.)
Still, nice work with the charcoal. biggrin

More precise, it's just graphite, yes.

Oooh, ok. biggrin It just has such a charcoal-y feel to it in this pic. Did you use some of the softer leads?
