You play this young guy that comes to this one temple with a dead girl.
she had been sacrificed at your village cause she had a 'cursed' future.
You make a deal with this disembodied voice called Dormin that if you defeat the 16 Colossi that are in this land he will bring the girl back to life.
Well you are about 5ft...the colossi are about 300 ft.....so yea...you have to climb on them using certain strategies and find the glowing vital spots and stab them with your sword. But you have a grip gauge so you cant jst hold on indeffinately so you have to be quick and think on your toes.
My fav Colossi are the Bird which you have to attract its attention with arrows then when i tries to swoop down on you you have to jump up and grab its wing and climb to and stab the 3 vital points. 2 on each tip of its wings and one on the tip of its tail...crazy s**t. The other is the Turtle which is giamongous and you have to use geysers to flip it over and then climb up it using its legs and the moss on its stomach to get to its back the use some mad jumping skills to stay on its back with nothing to grab onto while it shakes around trying to knock you off till you can get to the moss covered vital spot on its head.
The game is great. Its simple to learn, fun to play, beautifully rendered. Has great physics(yes you fall too far you die...unless you hit deep water then you jst get hurt and disoriented), and its jst so ******** cool!
rent it or buy it! either or! its a great game!
