Flying GunardThis small egg seems bold despite its size. On a blanket of cream, dark spots flow around the egg. At both ends, a splash of dark blue fades towards the middle as if the color didn’t have the strength to keep going. On one side, a random dark spot mars the flow of spots, accompanied by a circular spot surrounded by rings of dark orange and deep brown. Japanese Pymy AngelA medium sized egg that doesn’t seem to know what color it wants to be. It starts at one end with a deep orange base spattered with royal blue speckles. The colors blend together in the middle of the egg, then the blue dominates and becomes the base with a speckling of orange. Yellow Flanked Fairy WrasseA warm and friendly egg, this medium-sized egg sits in the middle of a group, almost hidden. The belly of the egg is a warm yellow reaching up into a dark blue over the top of the egg at one end. The other half of the egg is enveloped in deep orange scales edged in dark brown.

Ornate bichirThis egg stands on natural mound of sand and is slightly raised above the rest, like it is looking over them but at the same time wanting to be seperated and rise above them. It is also one of the larger eggs on the sands, with a slightly streched look to it but the pattern is not one to really set it apart with a dark gray base covered in yellow brown mottled spots over its surface in an un even and hectic manner some spots blending with each other across the surface.

Black Moor Goldfish Egg: Looks can be deceiving, but none fool the eye quite as well as this small bronze-black egg. Among the betting elite of the weyr, stakes are high that the egg will NOT hatch the bronze dream of most weyrboys, simply because the egg itself is just far too small. Still, the egg attracts attention. It's surface is not as mottled as it's clutchmates, and it appears to exude a gentle ambiance, one that fishercraftsman might attribute to the rolling motion of a placid sea. The soft velvety blacks and deep burnished bronzes of it's outer shell undulate towards it's center, where the tones of both colors lighten to form a gentle sphere. The effect is striking, since from a distance it almost looks as if the small egg is glowing from within.

Marbled AngelfishThis egg, though only two toned, dares to be out there! Not the biggest of the bunch, it's gray undertone is spattered and brought to life by black splotches of all different shapes and sizes. It stands alone and independent as if to say that simple is sometimes the best way to be. Red Tailed Zebra BotiaThis smaller than average egg starts off a soft rose color and fades to the lightest of pink towards the middle and then gets darker, almost maroon in color. Reddish brown stripes stretch horizontally across it with light spots both at the top and the bottom. Though colorful, it hides behind other eggs, as if painfully aware of its beauty. One can only hope that the occupant of this egg is a bolder in personality than how it sits now. Red Bellied Piranha EggDoes this egg seem more tall than round? With a dark gray shell and bright red spot directly in the middle, the only thing that keeps this egg from appearing odd are the white spots all over it. This egg sits in front of most of its clutch mates as if defending them from the unknown. No matter how you move, this egg is in your view, daring you to take a step forward.

Leafy Sea DragonThis small egg sits in the middle of the clutch, as if trying to hide itself from prying eyes. It’s quite common for people to not notice it at all. Its underlying color is a dark orange, but bright stripes overlay that. The exact colors of the stripes is difficult to make out; sometimes they look pink, other times orange. The shell itself looks alarmingly delicate, once again raising the question if the egg will hatch at all.

African MudskipperA brown egg with lighter cream spots, the African Mudskipper egg would be rather unremarkable were it not for two things. First, this egg has a bold, jagged line-pattern that wraps around the egg, its color being black with blue edges. Secondly, this odd egg refuses to stay upright, much to its mother’s dismay. It seems partially hidden by its siblings, but the energy this egg gives off makes it obvious that it isn't hiding: it's merely biding its time. Shark CatfishSo far as colors are concerned, this is quite drab compared to its siblings: a mixture of brown and gray with a slightly faded bottom, it's no great beauty. What is remarkable about this egg is its size: a large egg, it is easily visible over most of its siblings. It sits on the outside of a cluster of eggs, tilted towards them, making it seem as if the egg is towering over them. Despite this potential show of aggression, the egg gives off a surprisingly unintimidating vibe. Moonlight GouramiThis egg sparkles. That's right, a sparkly egg. The sparkle is subtle, just enough to draw one's eye to it, but the longer one looks the more fascinating that glittering shell can become. In a way it's good that that this egg sparkles, because otherwise it's average size and solid white color would make it quite boring. This egg sits by itself and the vibe it gives off makes it impossible to determine whether it's glad for the extra attention, or oblivious to both the attention and location of its other siblings.

Leopard Shark Egg - The egg's size is nothing out of the ordinary, it is neither large nor particularly small. The egg actually seems to be hiding, it's grey overtones helping it camouflage into its shadow. Upon closer inspection, the egg is actually quite beautiful, a light grey with dark, charcoal ovals with small spots winding their way through the ovals like jewelry draped over the egg.

After far too much deliberation and talking amongst the grand viziers of dragons, we have decided on TWO winners. There were so many great entries, and we couldn't decide on just one. D: So there will be two eggs in this clutch designed by shop members. Trust me, it was an extremely difficult decision to make, but without much further ado, congrats to....
Golanth, and the Picasso Triggerfish Egg
and
soutou, and the Leopard Shark Egg.
You will both be receiving a brown fire lizard in the pattern of your choice- just make sure to PM it to Lei. ^^
Again, congratulations- this was so difficult to judge!
