Vo has released the specifics on how to reserve when towns are released.

Basically, you will chose to reserve somehow, and the other 5 plots in the area you place your home will be reserved for people on your friend list for a certain amount of time. Edit: 24 hours.
The reservation time can only be extended once.
Edit: Meaning when we do this, we only have 48 hours to do so!
The only way we can make this work is to pick 8 people to be in charge of the separate areas, and for each of the 8 to have 5 other members on their friendlist. These 8 people will all swoop down on different areas in the zip code of choice, and together, will choose to reserve the areas before anyone else has a chance to come in.
After that has been done, we will have a limited time for the friends of these people to move in, and claim the areas before the reservation runs out. So we need to get organized FIRST!
What we need:
- 48 people willing to move into the zip code.
- Out of these 48, we need 8 people willing to add 5 members of the guild to their friends list, and reserve an area for them.
We can do this!
If not the whole zip, We should try to claim as much of one as possible with as many interested members as we can gather.
