gold and wooden trunk?

hey guys whats the difference between the wooden trunk and the gold trunk? does the gold trunk have a better chance of giving you a good item? or does the wooden trunk give you a bad item? or it all depends on luck?

On the market the gold trunk average worth is 7,200g and the wooden trunk average is 1035g... The gold trunk normally gives a rare household item... I hope that helps....

From my experience, it's all been based around luck. The gold chest has a higher probability of a better item, but that's about it.

Yeah, there are more high priced items that you can recieve from the golden trunk, like the Nightmare Sarcophagus, or the Angelic bed. That kinda stuff.
