 Enishi, even though he really doesnt hate him, its just he keeps hurting kaoru and he wont give up or crawl in a corner and die.and it wasnt his fault his sister died, she got in the way.

definitely enishi, but i must add that kenshin's conscience for what he has done and his desire to atone also gives him a great deal of personal struggles.

Enishi obviously.
He could have killed Shishio with out a problem.
Though Kenshin wouldn't have had the slightest problem just murdering the man. Since his heart is too benevolent, why kill the last relative of Tomoe? His first love. Everything that Enishi throws at Kenshin to blame him constantly causes him to break down and let it all hit him. Kenshin blames himself for not protecting the one he was suppose to...
I do not consider it Kenshin's fault whatsoever. Since Tomoe agreed with the enemies to find his weakness (Which he does not have ^^). She intervened in the battle that Kenshin was fighting. Soooo....it was her own destruction.
Poor Enishi, so blind and stupid....He needs bigger glasses...

Kenshin himself. He has to battle the killer side of himself. It would be much easier if people would have just left him alone. But oh no, they hear he is still alive and kicking and they go bother him. Which unfortunately makes it somewhat difficult for him to live the nice life he wanted.
Case in point. When his reverse blade sword was broken and he went to get a new one. I thought it was sort of funny that he thought that it was a normal bladed sword and his old self came out. Then everyone is like "look Kenshin! it's a reverse blade!" and he goes back to being normal. lol.

Jin-e is a candidate to, technically Kenshin let him die while in his sight, so he was the only one to die, on his own
