((I guess it should be PRP, right? xD))
Minamo yawned sleepily, her teeth shining despite the dull, morning light. Her pink eyes gazed drowsily ahead of her as she tried to get rid of the dregs of sleep that seemed to cling to her. She blinked a couple of times, before lumbering up onto her paws. A large shiver ran it's way down her spine. Even though it was spring, the morning was cold.
She padded out of the small cave that she had made her home for now, her senses slowly awakening. Frost snapped underfoot and the air was icy as she breathed it into her lungs, stabbing at her with each intake. The air hung thick and heavy around her, a fog was already beginning to weave it's misty tendrils about the place.
She flicked one ear back in annoyance, although a pretty optimistic lion, she wasn't so fond of mornings like these. Soon, her destination was before her. The watering hole was too thick to ice over in this temperature, but as she bent her head to drink, the water was freezing. Suppressing another shiver, she stepped back from the edge of the water. Cold such as this was a rare thing, and in spring nonetheless, but at least she had a thick fur coat to protect her from it.

The male was large. Almost brutelike in size, but his temper was just as brutelike. He preferred the heat, this temperature was not suited for lions like him. It just made him mad to have to be in it.
His own toes crunched the frosty earth, and the fog seemed to hang around him like a curtain. He lashed at it with a paw, claws outstretched to tear into it, had it been corporeal.
"Damned fog." He growled. It made it difficult to see..and how could he cause pain if he could not see? His own tongue seemed parched as well, as he had been traveling some time now. He was far from his pride, not that he cared much for the Da'lin lions anyway. He preferred to tear into their flesh as their screams drowned into the night. But for now, traveling would have to do.

Letting out another, final, yawn, Minamo raised her head to pear around her. It was oddly quite, but then again the fog would muffle most noises. She shook herself out, her thick fur moving like silk around her. At least the weather gave her some variety from the stifling heat that often made it hard to breath. Stretching, she neatly folded her paws beneath her and lay down.
A deep rumble of joy built up in her throat. Although cold, the morning wasn't really that bad. The frost cast intricate patterns against the ground and the mist gave everything an odd air, as though she'd never met it before. It made things rather exciting and mysterious. She closed her eyes in satisfaction, feeling her own body heat start to deter the cold from her. Oh how she loved her fur right now.
Opening her eyes a few moments later, she set about rasping her tongue over her paws to clean them. The long, rhythmic strokes eased out all but the worst of tangles and wiped the mud off from her paws easily. Life as a lion was good.

The fog started getting thinner as he approached the water. His paws landing heavily against the earth.
His dark eyes looked for anything of interest, though to be honest, seeing was still slightly difficult. But his nose twitched. He may not have seen someone, but someone was most definately here.
He flicked his tail, lowering his body into the stalking position, hoping that maybe that would help.. and it did. When he got lower, he saw the sihlouhette of the female. He smiled deviantly and raised himself, walking closer to her.
"Has anyone ever told you it's dangerous to be out on your own?"

Minamo nearly jumped out of her skin as she heard a voice right next to her. She leaped up and whirled around, fur puffing up. Her heart was pounding, she'd not heard a sound. How could someone have crept up on her like that? She could see the telltale mane of a male, and began to relax. He was obviously a lion.
Not even noticing that he was a Da'lin through the fog, she tried to put an angry expression on her face, "Well that wasn't very nice, you really scared me!" Her happy-go-lucky nature broke through though, "Ah well, nice stalking! I'm Minamo by the way, and you are?" She began to prattle on, completely unaware of what the lion before her was capable of.
She flicked her tail good humorously and sat down whilst talking, all in a matter of seconds. She liked to talk fast and act fast, she didn't know why. "Ghastly weather, isn't it?" A smile was plastered over her face, although she doubted anyone could see it, but it was reflected in the cheerful melody of her voice.
