So, last weekend I went to an anime convention and bought some action figures and I got a Gabranth one. I was disappointed though that they had a Gabranth, but not a Balthier. ]: They did have a Vaan one though, but I didn't have enough money to buy him.

I have Balthier and Gabby, hehe.
An ex-friend of mine had Ashe. So we used to take photos of them all of the time. She threw her Yuffie in there, too, just for kicks.

They do have the mini figures of most of the FFXII characters. I own the mini Vaan. C:

Yeah, doesn't Square put out an official set for every game since 7? I know I had the 7 set complete with chocobo and my X gave me the Rinoa from the official 8 set (complete with her weapon attachment)
