I found out about repo from a really good friend who showed my infeceted and I feel in love with the music so I went to netflix and got the movie.

There was this big article about it in Gothic Beauty Magazine and when I read it I just had to see the movie. I've been hoked ever since. biggrin heart

my friend told me about it and after seeing the trailer im like "I GOTTA SE THAT EFF'N MOVIE" i also watched some clips of it too, night surgeon was the one that got me into it x3

My friend Veronica showed me Zydrate Anatomy, and told me that I should see the movie because Paris Hilton's face falls off, which made me lol. Then I learned a bit more about the movie, saw that everyone in it was beautiful and it was revolved around surgery, something I've been obsessed with the idea of lately. Watched it, loved it. Batshit obsessed with it now.

Opera Phantomess Star_Catcher_567 I first heard about Repo! from a simple T.V commercial that I happened to see. What really got me interested was when the commercial played a clip from Legal Assassin and Anthony Stewart head was singing, "I'm living out a lie". My jaw pretty much dropped to the floor.
I convinced my mom and dad to watch it. My mom pretty much adores it as well and my dad likes it okay. He never was the music-movie type. XP Masquerade! Paper faces on parade. Masquerade! Where in hell are you that Repo! had an advertisement on television!? eek Hide your face so the world will never find you. It did! I remember seeing it on late night television once and having a fangirl moment

I remember seeing that trailer while I was multitasking. So, I was like, "Hm... -Continues to do 5,000 things at once.-" Then, my friend began making me listen to the music, starting with 'Zydrate Anatomy.' It was snazzy and catchy. When she showed me the sound clip to 'Mark it Up', I didn't know what to think. My initial thought. 'LOLOLOLOLOL. THAT'S DIRTY... THEY SOUND FUNNY.' xD Exactly what my mind thought.
I proceeded to rent it from Blockbuster with my best friend for a movie night. Thus, my obsession began. xD

I kept hearing about it on the helena-world forums but kept forgetting to look it up. Then my friend, who sat behind me in my english class at the time, asked me "Have you ever seen Repo! The Genetic Opera?" I said no. He slapped me. He said, "Watch it! You. Will. Love. It." So I did. It was love at first sight and it's been my 2nd favorite movie ever since! Beat only by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. heart

My friends would CONSTANTLY talk about it and sing songs from the movie and it would piss me off to no end ! So I finally broke and saw it myself and I must confess.. I'm an addict ! heart

I watched it at a End of The (school)Year party at my friend's house xD;
She mentioned it a lot during gym too, but I always thought it was just some random bloody anime she liked.
