Personality: Ryou is a very happy, energetic girl. She finds it difficult to stay in one place long, something that drove her parents crazy when she was little, and is almost always fidgeting and playing with something. Usual it’s a bullet, a gift from her grandfather, a retired WolfRider, who gave it to her as a good luck charm when she moved to the Academy. Ryou comes from a line of WolfRiders, except for her mother and father, and as such carries a few military habits with her. But generally these lie forgotten as she prances and dances about flitting between various distractions and methods of procrastination. She is talkative and friendly, and will talk anyone’s ear off about even something as mundane as the Weather. She has a habit of migrating towards quieter people, trying to drag them out of their shells. Despite this she has loyalty issues, she may call you a friend but in reality she is loyal to the winning side. As such almost everyone but her most closes friends tends to fluctuate from week to week.
History: Ryou’s lineage is pretty interesting, at least to her. The child of five generations of WolfRiders, all but her own parents. Her mother never went to the Academy and her Father was born blind. Never-the-less Ryou intends to continue that, excited about Bonding and Riding after all the stories her grandfather told her as a child. Because she could never stay in one place long but her parents refused to move, Ryou settled for alternating one week at her parent’s house and one week at her grandfather’s house. This eventually turned into her spending more and more time with her grandfather until she was old enough to go to the Academy. Her grandfather would come and visit every chance he got, making sure she was still going well and maintaining her grades. Now that she is eighteen they both wait anxiously for her chance to bond.
