It's harder than it looks but once you get it you'll be fine.
My 8yr old taught a Professional Angus how to do it backwards LOL here they are together backstage... and him practicing on stage with guitar...

It possible for anyone to do it is just realy hard I personaly can't but I have tried that much it the past but I have been praticing laitly.

I can do it.
But it is kinda weird, I can't do it with bare feet or shoes.. but I have to do it with socks on. Cuz I tried both ways and I could kind of do it, but not realy.. so I tried it with socks and I could! 3nodding
