Of course he'd say that, he is her rider, the world for this rider revolved around Ceylith. A trouble maker must keep C'ren on his toes, its great when life doesn't become boring. "She keeps life interesting, I'll bet." Ceylith was so delightful, what fun they must have.
Had she known what C'ren was thinking, he would have earned a soild slap for even concidering she was here to get her way into his bed. He was nice enough, but not her type.
Smiling to the little blue, she produced another little treat and scratched him more, "I am almost out, Vox." She'd be left soon, for that she was sure, but while she had her little new friend she'd love on him.

C’ren’s only response with a slight grunt; how else was he supposed to respond? She had stated a fact. It was, as far as he could tell, a true fact. There had been a few moments of interest in his life before becoming a dragonrider; traveling to a Hold had certainly been exciting for a farmboy who had never seen more than twenty people in one place before. And now he was at a Weyr with somewhere around four hundred people. And that wasn’t counting the dragons either, or the servants. So, yes. Life was definitely far more interesting with Ceylith.
And he wouldn’t trade her for any other dragon in the world.
Ceylith paused for a moment at that thought. Although C’ren told her this at least once a day----just to make sure she never forgot----it was always nice to hear it. The Green preened for a moment before returning to her meal, feeling like all was at peace in the world for the moment, despite the distinct lack of ponies.
Vox blinked at Raena and tilted his head to one side. She was making noises again, but all he heard was, ‘I blah blah blah, Vox’. That was all he really needed to know. The treat vanished quickly down his gullet and he went about searching for more. Once he was completely satisfied that there were no more treats on her person, he decided pets weren’t that bad. Rubbing his head insistently against her fingers, the blue firelizard trilled. His loyalty to Raena lasted only as long as it took him to notice that C’ren’s hand had vanished into one pocket.
That seemingly innocuous movement had an immediate effect on the firelizard. With another trill, Vox launched from Raena’s hand and went to his owner’s shoulder, transferring all the affection to the dragonrider.
C’ren sighed. He had been hoping to eat the meatroll in peace, but apparently Vox would have none of this. Damn his habit of keeping treats in pockets.

Abandoned by the flit, alas that is life. Since Ceylith was eating, she was sure she would want to sleep in the sun for a while. It was a good time to leave the dragon and her rider in peace. "I need to restock my Flit treats, Keek's stash is gone. Thank you for talking with me, it was wonderful to meet you Ceylith! Don't tell the other dragons, but you are hands down the prettiest Green in all of Pern!" Waving to the dragon, and then flashing a smile to the rider, the young woman turned and started back towards the Weyr, it was not the best time to check the stock until they calm down.
