WWE has released Tyson Tomko sometime within the past two weeks. This means Tomko's second run with the company ended before he was ever brought back on television.
Some sources claim Tomko was released a few days after his tryout, which we have yet to be able to confirm or dispute.

We're told Tomko is denying reports that he has already been cut loose from his WWE contract. Since Tomko worked a dark match at the Raw taping in Pittsburgh back in December it has been a game of he said/they said but I don't look for WWE to bring him back. straight from wrestlingnewsworld.com still hasnt been released yet and there has been no WWE comment on it which there would be we will see in the days to come
