I've been working on this for about a week, the head was a bit hard but I think I got that, and now I'm just wondering what else I need to do, I know wrinkles in the dress but for now, any suggestions and advice.

It actually helped a lot, but I really wanted to keep the paw like hands.

You can keep the paw-like hands, I was mostly trying to illustrate the angle of the arm. If/ when you change it you might also want to make the a little bigger so that they're more proportionate.
