The youngest son out of Neo's first litter was now a father himself, and every day as his cubs grew it became more and more apparent to him. Yet Aranck was still proud. Him and his mate had two beautiful daughters and one son. The male was proud to have his own family and it was nice to still be welcomed into the pride with his mate, he wasn't sure if he would ever be able to split away from his family so he stayed here with them...
He streched out some before he made his way toward a watering hole leaning over and lapping up some of the water before looking around. These lands hadn't changed in so long. He laughed at the idea before making his way back in the direction of a large tree. As he walked up to it he looked at the claw marks at the base and even some that went up the tree. He shimmered as he looked at them. Thinking about the childhood memories he had here. Sitting down and scanning his eyes up and down the tree.

"Eyes on the prize..." Zsofia whispered to herself. The young lioness was crouched in the the tall grasses just past the watering hole. Lately her mother had been teaching her how to hunt, and now she was testing the theories behind the actions. Staring at her test subject, her father, she smirked. She blended in nearly perfect... nearly because her blue spots and marks made her stand out ever so slightly. If she didn't move, hopefully her father wouldn't notice.
Just as Aranck turned away from her, she bolted. Running at him as if he were running himself she pounced. "AAAAIIIIEEE!" She shouted in a battle cry and she lunged towards her father.

Aranck didn't notice his daughter stalking him, not even the little whispering she did to herself. Not even the taping of her footsteps as he ran. He was really absorbed in remembering his childhood. He even remembered when he met his mate the times that he had in this pride.
But soon he was under attack, he was used to the feeling of cubs randomly popping out of no where and pouncing on him, his brothers loved to do it when they were older, his siters as they grew. Now it was some one new, his own daughter. He smiled and reached back to his daughter chuckling softly. "AH! She got me!" He laughed as he licked her forehead. "What are you doing little one?"

"Practicing...." She said in a sing-song voice as she nibbled on his flakes. "What are -you- doing little one." She mimcked and giggled as she crawled over him, trying to count his stars. She tried once, it didn't work out very well because he always moved so much.
Giving up after she had reached fifteen she sighed. "I came out here looking for you daddy... It was too close in the den today." She said softly. Yes, they were part of a big family. A very big family, it wasn't uncommon for others to step out to get some air.

At his daughter explaining that she was practicing, he smiled at her chuckling very slightly. "Well sweetie, you are getting pretty good." He grinned and pulled her closer nuzzling her softly with a smile. He nipped at her flake softly before he sat back some, glad to have his daughter join him out here.
"Really?" He grinned softly as he chuckled, he was glad that he was there. "I understand there are a lot in there. "I'm glad to know that you like to spend time with you're old man."
