So, as I was at work this morning, I could not get Nasrin-Kismet's "BFF" out of my head, so here she is.
I found, as I worked, that her backstory is quite expansive, so I've altered the third part of the form somewhat to accommodate that.
I know she'll be my last concept for a long time, and a favorite, at that.

PART I. PHYSICAL
D: this is totally human Margo. omigawhhhh....
Full name:: Lieutenant Marguerite "Margo" Chevalier Reasons for the name(s):: Margo's mother chose her name, in the tradition of their family, using old french, however she's never gone by anything other than "Margo" [unless in severe trouble]. The last name is from her mother's side's noble bond family. Sex:: Female Apparent Age/Approximate Age:: She was born fifty or so years after the massacres, and has a very youthful appearance, still looking in her late teens. As in, maaaaaaaaybe eighteen. This is a source of much teasing among her friends, and something she's not exactly pleased about. If he/she was alive during the masacres, was he/she bonded? To whom? N/A Rank:: Sargtlin If a Daewl, what is his/her one power?:: N/A Skin Tone/Apparent Race:: French. Margo's skin is naturally fair, and lightly suntanned, tan lines et all. Her shoulders, cheekbones, chest and nose have a smattering of youthful freckles due to sun exposure. Height:: 5'8" Weight/Body Build:: She is very, very fit, with an athletic build and boyish body. Slim, trim, but not bulky, she looks like more of a runner and tomboy. Hair::Only a few inches long and just short of white, it's a pale blonde, very messy, straight, and occasionally falls into her eyes. Longer on the top, shorter on the sides, it's pretty much a longer version of her Captain's cut. Eyes:: A navy blue. Ear colours/markings:: Just off-white base, with navy blue spots/designs toward the tips. Tail colours/markings:: Just off-white base, with navy blue spots/designs toward the tips. Peculiar Physical Traits:: A strange mix of boyish and pretty? Like a teenage girl that hasn't quite grown into her interesting features, but you know that when she does, she'll be gorgeous, rather than just interesting. Distinguishing Marks:: A chipped front tooth [sparring match in her youth], naturally navy blue finger/toe nails and horn. Health:: Hearty. If you asked her, she'd tell you she's never been sick and never will be. Senses:: Keen, as only natural talent supplemented by training can make them. Voice:: Low and confident, as only a tomboy's can be. Sincere. Mannerisms:: With a personal motto of "Talk Slowly, Think Quickly," Margo's the type of girl that seems unaware of herself, full of intense stares and focused energy, and can often be seen scratching her head, or sticking her tongue out when concentrating. Her tomboyish, teenage exterior hides the dedicated warrior she's known to be. When dealing with serious matters, her demeanor often changes entirely, bringing an calm danger to her person that is, frankly, intimidating. Clothes/shoes/accessories:: Simple clothes that let her feel the sun on her skin and won't catch or snag as she runs through the forest. Often tight and/or revealing, she doesn't think much about it. Tight, sleeveless tunics, well fitting pants, several sheaths for daggers. Lightweight boots. Eating habits/mannerisms/tastes:: Margo [unlike Deigh] really likes honey, and enjoys different varieties of such. She also likes 'refreshing' foods such as citruses and water-holding fruits and vegetables. [cucumbers, watermelons, etc.] Unlike Nasrin, she doesn't like most heavy food, other than grains, and tends to stray away from meats, a trait which she was teased for as a trainee.

PART II. GENERAL
Occupation/Social Status in Rank:: Lieutenant under Captain Prince Fluffy, Sargtlin Patrol. That is it. She is more dedicated to her job than Nasrin, resulting in her higher rank, and also is a part of a larger patrol, therefore leaving less time for a second job. As for her social status, it is, understandably, quite high. She comes from a long line of Sargtlin officers and has yet to disappoint, working her way up through the ranks respectably. Views on Rank responsibilities:: Incredibly important to her, she views them above her own well being and happiness, as the sum is greater than its parts. Education/ Intelligence:: She is quite smart, even 'too clever' as her mother used to say, whenever she got into trouble as a child. While Margo is more 'street smart' than 'book smart', she got the privilege of some formal schooling, due to her parents' social status. Marital Status:: Single Where does he/she live?:: Margo has two places she calls home, one being the social house she shares with Nasrin-Kismet and Devon, and the other being the farm left to her by her parents, which she uses to relax during the warmer season and is also used by Deigh as a place for her hives, and Wilhelm as a wild vineyard, of sorts. Political Thoughts/ Views of Ranks and Vhaid:: Like any good Sargtlin, she views her superiors, the council, and the Vhaid with utmost respect. While she may or may not like personal choices they make, she views them as none of her business and has a purely professional view of her responsibilities toward them. For this reason, she is as loyal to Jatin as she is to Raechel, despite personal feelings. Of course, she would listen to Captain Fluff, the Sargtlin and the Vhaid above all others. Beliefs/ Values/ Strength of Beliefs:: With a strong moral code, Margo isn't the type to call on when you want a silent witness, she is the person to call on to do the right thing, whether it benefits others or not. Still, she believes strongly in tradition, honor, and values established rules and authorities. Sometimes this creates a strong conflict in her mind about whether to listen to loyalties to friends versus her loyalties to authority. This, however, hasn't had cause to be tested much. What is his/her usual disposition?:: Interested. Margo's youthful exterior lends her a particular grace and carefree appearance, despite the devotion and attention she gives to her work. Often if can come across as mere curiosity to those that don't know her well. Optimist/ Pessimist? :: Pessimist, though most wouldn't know it. Confident/Self-conscious? :: Confident, most times, when she forgets about her appearance, which is often. How does he/she feel about his/her appearance? :: Margo goes back and forth on it. She loves the strength in her limbs, her agility and flexibility which have not changed over the years, unless it is to improve. On the other hand, she wishes she looked older and more intimidating, if only to fit the mental picture most have of a Sargltin officer. Most important possession:: The farm she grew up on and its history, good and bad. Talents :: Knife throwing/fighting, close quarters combat, motivational speeches, cooking, farming, whittling/carving, light repair/other maintenance skills revolving around the farm, repeating/embellishing tall tales of her childhood. Margo is also talented with several string instruments, though the Cello and Violin are her favorites and what she is best at. What is a normal day like for this Jivvin?:: Margo wakes up, depending on her patrol that can be night or day, eats, works out, does tasks that Captain Fluff can't be bothered with, eats again, does her patrol if she's out on one, finds something to amuse herself with [music, other Jivvins, etc.], eats, and then possibly sleeps. What is a normal rainy day like for this Jivvin?:: Pretty much the same. Rain doesn't really effect her day. Greatest Fear:: That she doesn't have a bond and will die unloved. What does he/she want most?:: To not feel lonliness and become what she feels like she ought to be. See below.
Major Goals:: 1. To become a Captain, eventually. [She is quite happy with her current position, but her father would want her to strive for a higher status] 2. To age to an appropriate appearance. 3.

PART III. RELATIONSHIPS
Significant Other/Relationship:: None. Who does he/she live with?:: Nasrin-Kismet and Devon, also Deigh and Wilhelm, sort of. Who does he/she spend the most time with?:: The above, as well as her patrol Captain, Prince Fluffy, Josslyn, other members of her patrol, also Deigh and Wilhelm. Father/Relationship with him/Rank/Current Status:: Bernard / As a child, Margo would do anything to get her father's attention, to make him proud, and she continues to this day to be a Daddy's Girl, resulting in her high status in her rank. Her father, much like her current Captain, was the ideal Sargtlin Officer, and pushed his eldest child to work hard. He was always proud of her, and seemed to understand she was a bit odd. She still occasionally mourns his death, less than a century ago, and has scattered his ashes around the farm, mingled with her mother's. /Sargtlin /Deceased [murder by Ssan], previously a Patrol Captain. Mother/Relationship with her/Rank/Current Status:: Biextrix/ Bie was always slightly disappointed in her only daughter, always pushing her to be more feminine, to be more like her mother. However, this was the only [albeit large] strain on their relationship, and Margo misses the talented, if Royalish Jivvin. Some of Margo's 'finer' talents are a direct result of her mother's guidance. She killed herself only two days after the death of Bernard, as their bond was true. A sad affair, but not one that wasn't expected by the entire village. Her ashes give new life to the farm. /Sargtlin / Deceased [Suicide] Siblings/Ranks/Current Status:: Margo has two younger brothers [by several centuries] born shortly before the deaths of their parents. They both grew up without much attention from anyone other than their mother, and as a result are a bit more 'prissy' than most Sargtlins. They do their required patrol time, but nothing more, and have willingly been bought out of the farm, prefering to live in the center of the village. Best Friend/Rank/Current Status:: Nasrin-Kismet / Uuthli / Roommate Feelings toward animals:: They're nice? Having spent her early years on a farm, Margo both enjoys the company of animals, and doesn't mind when they are killed for sustenance. She's helped some give birth, and has spent a bit of time with them. Still, they aren't even close to pets in her mind. How does he/she view his/her family?:: Margo really grew up as an only child. However, she was very devoted to her parents, and still attempts to honor their memory. She was born far before her father was an officer, and remembers how gentle he was with her, instructing and guiding her path to the patrols. How does he/she view his/her friends?:: Margo is very devoted to those she considers close friends and seeks to make their lives easier and their days lighter. She is always good for advice, and always willing to lend a hand. How does his/her family view him/her?:: Her brothers do not view her as a sister in more than name. She rarely sees them. Her relationships with her cousins are all on varying professional and personal levels, as with anyone. How does his/her friends view them?:: Most view Margo as a great person to call in a time of need, or when they just want an extra person at the dinner table. She's known to be immediately available to friends that need help building or repairing something, or help in their personal life. However, most of her friends think she's missing something. A real emotional connection to others. Who is his/her hero?:: Her father.
Current and Prior Jivvin Relationships [BACKSTORY ALERT]::
Nasrin-Kismet: Nasrin was still in her early stages of training when she met Margo, who started very young, due to her parents' rank status. The two immediately teamed up, sparring together and doing practice patrols in their relative youth. She remains Margo's closest friend and confidant, and the two are pleased that they share a home.
Captain Prince Fluffy: The Captain to Margo's Lieutenant, she admires the older Jivvin and is proud to be under his lead. She received the position when Prince's prior Lieutenant was promoted to Captain, taking the place of Margo's father upon his death. They, perhaps, have the potential to become good friends but the fact that he is very much her superior prevents any close sharing. However, they have a good relationship, based off of years working together, and Margo knows she can trust the Sargtlin with anything, and hopes he feels the same in return.
Deigh:: The beekeeper actually has her hives [and residence, now] on what is technically Margo's farm. The farm was once large and thriving, but after her father became a Captain, he no longer had time to work in the fields and let the farm go wild. Deigh's family were their neighbors and occasional farm-hands, and when a young Deigh expressed a desire to begin bee-keeping, part of the old farm was offered for her use, for a lease. Once Margo gained possession, the rent dropped simply to 'free honey' as well as the expectation that Deigh and her brother would watch over the farm in her absence, an arrangment that suits all involved.
The two get along well enough, and are even friends, though Margo wouldn't be able to put up with Deigh's annoying antics all year-long. However, seasonally works just fine for the two of them, and Margo's visits usually include some light repair, or honey tasting, as well as a session or two of honeymead making.
Wilhelm:: Wilhelm is Deigh's younger brother, who may as well be older, as he is less annoying and more mature. Margo and he get along famously, and she occasionally helps him with specialization of his wine casks, and with harvest of the wild grapes scattered around her property. The male Afya is a vinter, and maintains a small winery in the large cellar of the main farmhouse.
Colby and Josslyn: While quite complicated, Margo appears to openly despise Cole, and the rest of her rank, as a good Sargtlin often does, and the Olplyn seems to not care either way about the blonde, however, the two have a long history.
Margo is only about 15 years older than the twins, making her in their age-group, with the way some wilds grow, particularly her own constant youth, as was a close playmate of Josslyn as she grew. She, unlike many, thought that the awkward Colby was a sweet, if mischievous, girl, and never minded the Olplyn tagging along on her adventures with her Sargtlin twin.
However, everything changed the summer after Margo's first real patrol. She was gone for several months, and when she returned, Cole and Joss were no longer little girls. Both in their late teens, they'd blossomed into... Very attractive young women. Colby, especially, who was already learning to use her seductive charm to her advantage.
Margo didn't stand a chance.
She, eternally awkward, was the first 'victim' of a future sexual predator, Colby, and to be honest, she enjoyed it. The two spent the summer in an exciting, hush-hush flirtation of long looks and shy conversation. A first love, or lust, perhaps. Nothing to be concerned with, though Margo worried. Her parents, always disparaging toward the one 'useless' rank in the village, would never approve, and Margo was busy training to be assigned a permanent patrol.
But that's all it was, quick touches, warm smiles, until the night before Margo was due to join her real patrol. They ended up alone together, after a party on the farm where her parents lived when not on patrol. Margo was flustered, unsure, but Colby seemed to know exactly what she was doing. An hour or two of conversation later, and the redhead was close, very close, and leaning in for that kiss. The kiss that would change simple flirting to something more, something wrong.
The tomboyish blonde panicked, and did the first thing she could. She rejected Cole. Naturally, the pretty redhead did not take kindly to the marring of her 'perfect' face, and the two parted ways. [I will write this out in a solo RP later on.]
Margo remains embarrassed by the encounter, so many years ago, and refuses to even go into the Game House. Colby, for her part, taunts Margo every time they do happen to meet, though neither one care to share why they have such a quiet animosity. The two have never spent more than a moment alone, since, though they often come into contact during village events, as Colby is an accomplished singer and violinist, and Margo, for her part, an accomplished musician. The two often have to work together, as part of a large group, for the entertainment of all.
Both, however, are friends of Nasrin-Kismet, and of course, Josslyn, perhaps the only two people who also know of the encounter and squashed romance.
To this day, one of Nasrin's favorite private jokes is to reference that Colby is, in fact, Margo's one true bond, something that the blonde did not find funny as a youth, and does not find amusing now, either.

Okay....
~ She's very tall... O.o ... I know you know that, but she towers....
~ She forgets about her appearance, but hates the fact that she looks really young all the time?
~ She has a lot of talents.... I mean a LOT. She knows everything from animal husbandry to violin, and apparently does it well? That's not completely unusual, but I tend to think that makes her makes her lean towards a typical gaian marysue, especialy since she's popular and pretty and nice.... and a lesbian. I just worry that you might end up with a boring character if you let her 'charms' get away from you heart

That's true. XD She started out with only a few, but... Well, she's old. XD; Humans, in their short lives can be skilled at many things, so it seems fitting that Jivvins would learn to pick up more than one or two skills. I'm gonna take a look to see what I can trim down. String instruments, however, can be quite similar, and when a musician learns one well, they often learn others.
As for 'animal husbandry', she's not skilled, nor good at it. I wouldn't say. If you're around animals that reproduce, you can be called upon to help them give birth. XD That's about it, other than feeding them.
A sidenote: Margo has, and does, sleep with men. Well, she doesn't have sex often with anyone, but I'm sure she's tried both. I don't think she thinks about her sexuality much [Intentionally or otherwise]. Although, whether she is or not... XD I'm not sure what that'd have to do with her multiple skills. It's not like lesbians are less talented or something....
She is also intentionally tall, to add to the awkward, but I'm also used to tall girls, since most of my friends are. XD I'm going to knock off an inch.
As for her appearance, yes. If she had to choose something, she would look older. As for her chipped tooth and boyish appearance, she doesn't particularly care. She's also too focused on her duties and hobbies to reflect much on those things. It's only when called to attention [such as a teasing comment from a friend], that she dwells on the fact. I personally, hate one side of my jaw, but unless I realize that someone I like is on that side, or catch a good look at it, I generally forget to care.
*taps chin* Dunno what else. I'll read back through...

I honestly don't know what you changed, but whatever it was helped xD I like her a lot more now than I did following my first couple of read-throughs. I do want to focus in on her interest in stringed instruments, however. Given her age, I'm going to allow such a diverse talent, but I do want you to understand that to own several of these instruments would equate to vast wealth. Probably very few in the village have the knowledge to craft these instruments, and would charge a great deal for them. Also, as a patrol officer, her time to use and practice them would be limited.
However, Prince Fluffy is one of the two Captains whose patrols remain almost strictly on hand in the Village, because Fluff prefers to teach younger recruits than to leave the Village for long. (I think he also likes keeping an eye on Kamin?) So she would have a little more time to herself, working under him, than she would working under an officer whose patrols are away from the Village for long periods of time.
I can find no glaring errors, so as long as that's clear, approved!
