At any hour of the day you might happen to see performers putting on a show, practicing, or perhaps just lounging around on lunch break.

Jibiki The traveling circus act, Flourishing Feathers, is a highly nomadic group of individuals that come from all walks of life. They make their income off of tips and entry fees, and now have enough money to actively trade in some markets for some semi-stable revenue. Known throughout the world as one of the premiere entertainment venues, they traveling troupe is always in high demand either by nobility or for public events. They live to put on a show, and as such they generally do not have squabbles amongst themselves. A general sense of camaraderie permeates the group, allowing most members to freely interact with everyone else with almost no regard for race, size, position, or even species. Certain members have been noted to favor other members, but this is the closest thing that can be found of an official "bond" between dragon and 'rider'. The Troupe has multiple ringleaders to open shows with, but one figure seems to hold the most power of them all, indicating that the troupe is not composed of a primarily anarchical system. (This clan is open to any who would like to join, but acceptance will be based on Dragonsong's choice. At this point, anyone is free to "audition", but DS has to accept you into the guild first. Anything beyond that isn't in my domain to promise, but I will consult with DS about other details.)
