It is the Member of the Month Contest!!!!
From this day forward, each month I will choose a member of this guild that has shown oustanding work,kindness,helpfulness,etc. to be the member of the month.The member of the month will recieve either a generous amount of gold,or an item from their wishlist.This shall be so that members can be influenced to help the guild grow,and that we shall no longer have a lifeless guild.Here's to those that want to bring the guild back to life!
Rules :
1.Everybody that is a member of the guild is eligible.
2.I choose the prize and who the member is.
3.Only one member per month,and a member can only be member of the month twice.
4.In this thread,you can also nominate deserving gaians that you think should get the member of the month.Just add why you think they should get it.P.S. It can even be yourself.I'm the only one that can't be nominated.What's the point in giving gold to myself?
Tips to highten your chances at winning:
1.Post often and well.This means that bumping over and over and over again won't help.Posting meaningful comments that help yourself and others are key.
2.Don't pm me asking me why you didn't get it that month.Come on,there are 12 months in a year,and odds are that you'll get it someday.All this will do is annoy the crap out of me.
3.Donate to guild members that need it.I'll eventually figure out who's being so darn helpful lately.Plus,you make new friends and make the guild a more friendly community.It's a win-win-win situation!
4.Join an rp.But,make sure to read their rules first.If you just post in the thread,"I want to join the rp",that won't cut it.It will lower your chances at winning.However,I'm a huge fan of rps,and if you try your hardest at rping,you're a shoo-in for the member of the month.
5.Be as literate as you can.This is the most important one.Do not type in text language!!!(Such as u which should be you,and 2 which should be to or too).Do not misspell words that are very hard not to misspell!!!And last,please,please,please don't use abreviations that are dumb to use.Most of the time I can't even read posts because the abbreviations are so frequently used.It drives me mad.

March 2009- YoshiBo _Usagi for giving me the idea of making this thread and many other guild revitalization plans.She has also been very helpful and lively in posting threads.The reward she has recieved is 10,000 gold and a promotion to CREW member.

April 2009- Alchemic Kraehe for being an outstanding help lately.Don't worry guys,I'm not just picking my crew members for this.The reward that she has recieved is 5,000 gold.
