Good luck! I've been playin guitar for about 5 years now, it's great. It also helps you in a band setting cuz most drummers can't step up and give helpful advice to their guitarists other than "that sounds cool/not cool." It is helpful to have a knowledge of the instrument to be able to contribute more fully to a band. Plus, it's just a sweet instrument!

I'm learning to play rhythm guitar and that will lead to bass. I can also scream. These will hopefully help my band.
