Paints really easy to work with but it's hard to do the blending well.
I tried to get Paint Shop Pro for my laptop, and stopped since it was ranking up there in price.
I used to be able to do that with Photo Impressions, which is an awesome program, but I can't find it to download

I feel special! ^_^ and yep i was doing this ALONG time ago ^_^ with regular paint *no editing tools version* i can make work of arts but only on the computer XD lol and sometimes drawing

I better have a look at that....for some reason the site isn't working the way it should...gonna have to check that.....it's still under MASSIVE construction too... sweatdrop
EDIT: Okay, I just looked at it and realized what I did. You have to right click on the link and say open in new window. I forgot that I am trying to change that one over. sorry!!! xp
