cliff blesinzki (one of the shittiest story-writers/game-designers in the world, just look at Gears of War 2) is lead director on this one though, so i probably won't buy it until i play a friend's copy and decide whether it's really worth 60 dineros.

The game takes place during the fall of Rapture; players take on the role of a Plasmid test subject for Sinclair Solutions, the provider of Plasmids and Tonics in the underwater city of Rapture from the original BioShock.
